Belarus and Udmurtia strengthen cooperation in the field of tourism
13.10.2025
Belarus and Udmurtia are opening new routes for travel. A delegation from the Russian region took part in the Belarusian-Russian Tourism Congress in Minsk. The main directions of the union's cooperation are outlined — sanatorium and resort recreation, educational and patriotic tourism. For the development of union tourism, convenient and comfortable logistics is needed. In September, a new airport building was opened in Izhevsk. So far, these are domestic flights — from Kaliningrad to Irkutsk. But with the launch of the international terminal, air carriers will fly to other countries. Negotiations are currently underway to open a direct Izhevsk-Minsk flight and resume direct rail service.
