April brings changes

From 1 April, there is a new figure for the base rental value. It now amounts to Br18.77. The growth is by Br1 or 5%. The indicator has not changed for a year, and it is adjusted for inflation. On the basis of the base rental value is determined by the size of the fee when renting out real estate. Most of the innovations concern mobile communication. The basic tariff will contain 200 calls to all networks, 50 SMS-messages and 2 GB of Internet traffic. The set is the same for each operator. Belarusians will also be protected from accidental paid subscriptions to mobile services. Now the legislation stipulates that a person must give a clear consent or a clear refusal. And the communication itself will now be of higher quality — a special instruction until 2030 is coming into force. All parameters are specified: from coverage to connection speed.
