Ancient bread baking recipes are being revived in Vitebsk region

A bakery opened in the urban settlement of Kopys, Orsha district, after modernisation. The facility was restored by order of the President. They plan to revive the old recipes for bakery products. A local peasant farm was engaged in the repair and purchase of equipment. New jobs have also been created here. Local residents were looking forward to the opening of the bakery. Now they will always have fresh bread.
