More than 80.000 edible mollusks of Helix Aspersa Muller species are kept in compact cages and greenhouses. The first overseas inhabitants were brought in 10 years ago. Since then, the production potential has been gradually developing. A special room with a suitable microclimate has been equipped. The snails are supplied to the market of Belarus and Russia. In summer the molluscs are kept in outdoor cages. The snail farm can be visited as part of a tour group. Culinary master classes with exotic dishes, for example, escargot, are also offered.
