Space is ours! The exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of the flight of the first female cosmonaut of sovereign Belarus was held in Moscow. The visitors saw truly unique items. This is Marina Vasilevskaya's bed, in which she flew to the ISS and descended to the ground. It is a special construction, which looks like a cradle. It is cast strictly according to the individual parameters of a person, it protects the cosmonaut from the strongest overloads at the start, in flight and during landing, provides him with safety. The exposition also presents the Sokol rescue spacesuit and the Trout diving suit. It is used in case of emergency landing of a descent vehicle on water or in a hard-to-reach place on Earth. By the decision of the Russian Government all the exhibits presented at the exhibition will be handed over to the Belarusian side. In the near future, this part of the space history of modern Belarus will be available in our country.
