A seminar-meeting for press secretaries of republican ministries and departments brought together about 50 representatives of various structures in Minsk. Vladimir Pertsov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, stressed that today they form the image of state power throughout the country. The discussion focused in particular on the implementation of the presidential decree, which strengthens the joint work of government agencies, the media and the expert community. The mass media today are conduits between government agencies and the public.
