The first snow fell in Belarus. According to eyewitnesses, it was recorded the day before in the Vitebsk Oblast. In addition to the winter precipitation, the country was hit by strong winds. Its gusts reached 15-20 m / s. Due to bad weather on Monday forecasters declared a yellow danger level. The effects of the hurricane-force wind were eliminated in Vitebsk, Mogilev and Minsk Oblasts. The roofs of the buildings were damaged, and the electricity supply was disrupted.
