A monument to soldiers and partisans was opened in the village of Paulie, Ushachi district, after reconstruction. In the mass grave there are 60 people who died in battles with Nazi invaders in 1944. The Memorial Complex "Breakthrough" is dedicated to the feat of partisans who broke the blockade in May 1944 and took out 15.000 civilians. The bronze sculpture symbolizes the selflessness of the Soviet people. As a sign of gratitude for today's peaceful sky, the participants of the meeting laid wreaths and flowers to the memorial plates with the names of the heroes-liberators. The patriotic action "Victory Breakthrough" ended with a concert with the participation of creative groups and a festive fireworks display.
