A new procedure of operation of parking lots is introduced in Belarus

The relevant decree was signed by the President. The document, in particular, specifies the conditions for the organization and maintenance of parking lots for the use of which a fee will be charged. It excludes the mandatory condition of equipping paid parking lots with devices for time recording and payment calculation, as well as technical means preventing the vehicle from leaving the parking lot in case of non-payment of the fee. The Decree defines the categories of vehicles for which parking fees are not charged.
