A national record in aeronautics has been set in Belarus
20.02.2025
The aerostat made the furthest free flight in the country's history — 120 kilometres. The starting point was the sports stadium of the Belarusian State Academy of Aviation. The preparation for the record was long and painstaking, it was important to choose the ideal weather. The cadets of the academy also helped. It is a great opportunity for them to get new theoretical and practical skills. In general, such a unique event proves that the Belarusian aviation industry is only developing and pilots are ready to set new records, including world records.
