A Cypriot and a Ukrainian woman found a second home in Belarus
Since the beginning of the year, more than 800 people have received a residence permit in the Gomel region. Among them is Ukrainian Tatyana Volkova, who, together with her family, exchanged sunny Cyprus for life in the urban settlement of Ozarichi in the Kalinkovichi district a year and a half ago. Every person has their own dreams. Tatyana Volkova's husband, a Cypriot by origin, had several of them. And one of them was to visit Belarus. Having packed their suitcases, the Georgalli family crossed the border to begin a new stage in their lives. For Christos Georgalli, one of the most important factors when moving was safety. And Belarus lived up to his expectations. The man admits that he had had enough of European life. And here, in quiet and calm Belarus, he found what he was looking for: a cozy home, a stable job, and most importantly, confidence in the future.
