A closed screening of the documentary film "Alien sky" was held in Minsk
Its author is A. Martinenok, a political observer of Belteleradiocompany. The team worked on the documentary project for a year. The narrative is based on the real stories of Belarusians who moved to Poland and the Baltic States after the events of 2020. Their search for happiness abroad turned into disappointment and a desperate struggle for survival. The heroes of the film tell about the difficult life in emigration: what difficulties and challenges they faced, how they organised their lives, looked for jobs and tried to create families in a foreign land. In the documentary film, the characters share their feelings and experiences, and tell stories of their happy return to their homeland. The film is based on honest interviews and is filled with emotional experiences of the heroes. After many trials they had to face abroad, they rethought their values and priorities.
