As of July 1, refinancing rate in Belarus reduced to 7.75%
01.07.2020
As of this day, the refinancing rate in Belarus is reduced from 8 to 7.75%. A quarter of a point will also be taken off interest rates on loans and overnight deposits. Changes will stay in place at least until August (the next meeting of the National Bank's board on monetary policy is scheduled for late summer). Also today, labor pensions are rising. The amendments introduced by Presidential Decree provide for a recalculation of all categories: by age, by length of service, by disability, and in case of loss of bread-winner. The size of the increase in benefits will be calculated individually. It depends on period of employment and salary before retirement.
