War as seen by artists at exhibition in Borisov

"It Will Remain In Memory" is the name of the exhibition timed to the 80-th anniversary of Belarus' liberation from the German-fascist invaders. It united the artists of the war-participant and post-war generations with their interpretation of the events of 1940-ies. 17 works of painting and graphic arts are presented at the Art-qurater gallery of the central district library named after Colodeev. Borisov united museum made all the canvasses available for the temporary exposition. The institution will soon mark 80 years since its foundation. The museum is the district’s chief local lore facility. Its funds boast more than 60 thousand exhibits; it is yearly attended by up to 30 thousand visitors.
