Grodno hosts the XV Festival of National Cultures

The city will become a meeting place for representatives of 42 nationalities, who will introduce guests to their traditions, creativity and crafts. This year, the programme is dedicated to two anniversaries: the 15th festival and the 30th anniversary of the forum. Over the course of three days, festival events will span the city's central venues and the Augustow Canal. One of the most spectacular events will be the traditional friendship march. Around 800 festival participants will march in a single column through the city centre. A grand opening and a large gala concert featuring national cultural associations of Belarus will take place at Lenin Square. National courtyards will play a special role – there will be 20 of them this year. The festival will conclude with an awards ceremony and a concert by the Presidential Orchestra of Belarus.
