The XXX Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad" will take place from 1st to 8th November

The motto of the jubilee film forum is "Cinema with a sign of quality". The main venue for the opening and closing ceremonies will be the Palace of the Republic. Another surprise for cinephiles is the updated list of cinemas of the festival – "Mir", "Central", "Belarus" and "Pioner". The main cinema hall will be the legendary cinema "Pobeda" – the oldest in Minsk and recently reconstructed. As for the competition programme, the festival directorate continues to receive applications. The total number already exceeds two thousand. And 114 countries have announced their desire to participate. The name of the opening ceremony film organisers are still keeping secret. But it is already known that the film will be screened in the Great Hall of the Palace of the Republic.
