The SynkoVeche festival was held in Grodno region

The festival gathered believers and pilgrims from Belarus and Russia. This year the large-scale festival was held under the slogan "Faith. Victory. Creation." The event began with a rally in memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War and was timed to the 35^th anniversary of the reopening of the ancient church-fortress in the village of Synkovichi. A cultural programme unfolded on the main platform next to the church: performances of a military brass band, Belarusian and Russian creative groups. The guests of the festival witnessed a reconstruction of the events of the Great Patriotic War, saw an exhibition of paintings by artists and the work of craftsmen from the two countries.
