The Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus presented in Moscow "Pathetic Diary of Memory"
03.04.2025
The team of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Belarus presented on the stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia "Pathetic Diary of Memory" — a theatrical performance in a synthetic genre with features of opera, oratorio, symphony, ballet, plastic drama, mystery, multimedia light show.
It is not just a performance — it is a chronicle of the history of Belarus. It covers several periods: peaceful, pre-war time, the beginning of the war, occupation, partisan struggle and the final accent — the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.
"Pathetic Diary of Memory" — these are real stories of front-line soldiers, partisans and underground fighters, memories of prisoners of concentration camps and ghettos, who seem to have stepped off the pages of history.
