The 85th anniversary of the People's Artist of Belarus Eduard Khanok

Lukashenko is convinced that Eduard Khanok will continue to work as fruitfully and inspiringly as ever, to give positive emotions to grateful listeners. For the Kazakh native Brest became the city of his youth and first musical quests. He gained all-Union fame in 1971, thanks to "Winter" and E. Khil. The People's Artist of Belarus created dozens of hits for Anna German, "Verasy" and "Syabry". His music accompanied the Victory parades on the Red Square in Moscow. Today Eduard Khanok's work is very popular among young people. The maestro gives master classes at schools and children's camps. And not so long ago the composer conquered the Minsk Arena by performing a duet with Anna Asti.
