Exhibition on invention, design of photo cameras and history of photography opens at M. Savitsky Art Gallery

The earliest exhibit is a camera from the first decade of the 20th century. The exhibition tracks the development of photographic gear from the 1930s to the 1980s. Prototypes of Zenit cameras, stereo cameras for making three-dimensional images, microphotographic cameras and even watch-shaped camers. The photo theme is continued by black-and-white original photos of architecture and residents of the capital city from the beginning of the last century, as well as photo developing equipment from the collection of the Museum of the History of Minsk.
