Unique water mill being restored in Lida district In Lida district, Grodno region, a businessman has been restoring the only water mill in Belarus. The Belarusian purchased the 19th century facility and started the restoration works two years ago. The unique feature about the mill is that the water wheel was set under the building, not outside, as usual. Like two centuries ago, the mill will be grinding flour. The project can become one of the attractive places of interest for tourists.
