Young athletes set off for Children of Asia Games

Belarus NOC has hosted a solemn farewell ceremony for the delegation to the 2^nd Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games. The delegation comprises 68 young athletes representing eight sports.

In total, athletes from 13 countries will compete for awards in Kuzbass. These will be the second such Games in history, and Belarusians will participate in them for the first time. Viktor Lukashenko, the President of the National Olympic Committee, addressed the young athletes encouraging them to aim for high results.
