World Swimming Championship in Abu Dhabi

The World Short Course Swimming Championship ends today in Abu Dhabi. The leaders of our team, Ilya Shimanovich and Anastasiya Shkurdai, will be competing for awards. Earlier, Shymanovich won the only medal for our team so far by taking gold in one hundred meters breaststroke. Today he takes part in 50m finals. Ilya showed the best result in the semifinals the day before. Shkurdai is getting ready for the hundred meters butterfly final.
