The results of the sports year were discussed at the industry board

The industry has shown positive dynamics in all areas of activity. This applies to the work of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the country last year, which was emphasised by the head of the structure, Sergey Kovalchuk, at the board meeting of the main sports department of the country. An important result of 2024 was the performance of the Belarusian team at the Olympics in Paris. Despite all the difficulties, the Belarusians won four medals, and Ivan Litvinovich became a two-time Olympic champion in trampolining. And right now in many sports Belarusians are allowed to participate in major world starts. Meanwhile, the Belarusian athletes have already begun preparations for the Winter Olympics, which will be held in February next year. And one of the main starts in 2025 will be the Spartakiade of the Strongest.
