The General Assembly of the National Olympic Committee summed up the results of the organization's work for 2025. The event took place two days after the celebration of its 35
th anniversary. The National Olympic Committee was established on 22 March, 1991, and 2.5 years later became a member of the International Olympic Committee. Since 1994, Belarusian athletes have competed at nine winter and eight Summer Olympic Games, winning 109 medals, including 22 gold. At the beginning of the General Assembly, First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Belarus Vladimir Pertsov read out a congratulatory address from Aleksandr Lukashenko.
