Speed skating championship of Belarus started

The open championship of Belarus on separate distances has started at the "Minsk-Arena" skating stadium. For three days, viewers will have an opportunity to see the strongest athletes of Belarus and Russia, participants of the Winter Olympics in Beijing. The athletes will challenge the status of champions at individual distances. The tournament program includes short, long and team sprints, as well as mass start races. 16 sets of awards will be played at the tournament.
