HC Dinamo Minsk opens the new KHL season

The Zubrs' first opponent in the 2026/2027 regular season will be HC Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod. The opening faceoff at Minsk Arena will take place on 7 September at 7:10 PM. As per tradition, a vibrant pre-game show has been prepared for fans. This season, the Zubrs have a new head coach, Sergei Brylin. He won the Stanley Cup three times as a player with the New Jersey Devils and has worked with the team for many years, but has never held a head coaching position before.
