Belarus' capital is Minsk at a high degree of readiness to the II European games. Its sport infrastructure allows it to hold competitions of the highest level. Among the huge facilities to be completed by 2019, is the reconstruction of the Dinamo stadium. Early 2018, the Rhythmic gymnastics palace will be opened. The competitions will be also hosted by the «Minsk-Arena», the «Chizhovka-Arena» and the Palace of sports. The program of European games-2019 includes 15 sports. The athletes will compete for 189 sets of medals in 23 disciplines.
