Belarus’ Alexandra Sasnovich kicks off sensationally at Wimbledon

Belarus’ Alexandra Sasnovich (50th WTA rating number) sensationally kicked off at Wimbledon, having beaten 8^th world best, two-time champion of this tournament Czech Petra Kvitova. With a confident victory, Alexandra Sasnovich was congratulated by the Head of State. In the second round the Belarusian tennis player will meet with America’s Taylor Townsend. Victoria Azarenko and Vera Lapko will also perform in the second round of the Wimbledon tournament.
