Alexandra Sasnovich reached the quarterfinals by beating Russia’s Evgeniya Rodina, world’s No.84. The match was hard for the Belarusian, but she managed to pull through. The prize fund of the cup is over $600,000. Sasnovich is currently No.42. Her quarterfinal rival will be determined in the match between Anastasija Sevastova and Irina Bara.
