The capital of Belarus Minsk joined the II World Week of Italian cuisine. The program includes tasting sessions, master-classes, cooking shows, presentations of fiction and documentary movies. Among the 12 events of the Week, the organizers singled out two master classes. One of them will present the Piemonte regional cuisine, and prove that the art of baking pizza should be included into the UNESCO World heritage list. The second master class will present skill of hand-rolling the dough.
