The Council is convened at least once in 4 years, and is the supreme governing body of the Russian Orthodox Church. Belarusian President Lukashenko sent a greeting address to the Patriarch of Moscow and all the participants. The Council of Bishops will adopt important decisions that will serve high ideals of peace and stability.
