Delegates of All-Belarus People"s Assembly begin arriving in Minsk. At the fifth anniversary Assembly every Oblast of Belarus is represented by 350 people of various professions and ages, a complete snapshot of the Belarusian society. Tomorrow they will sum up the results of the recent five years, and will determine the future course of the country. Employees of Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Transport and doctors will work in enhanced mode. A special telephone hotline will be operational throughout the 5th All-Belarus People"s Assembly.
