Three residential buildings will be erected on the site of a long-term construction project in Minsk's Pervomaisky District. 396 apartments will be built on Gvishiani Street. The buildings are scheduled to be completed by December 2027. The client delayed development of the site for a long time, and as a result after all administrative procedures were completed the long-term construction project was demolished and the residential buildings were designed. The apartments are planned to be allocated to those in need of improved housing conditions, including large families.
