The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Turchin. According to the innovations, government agencies, government organizations and companies with a state share of at least 50% now have the right to order targeted training. Additional opportunities are provided for organizations that have made a significant contribution to the development of the region upon request from local authorities. Also, personnel customers are now required to justify the real need for a specialist. A formal approach is excluded, each application must confirm the need for an employee.
