The
state programme approved by the Government is aimed at
improving the quality of preschool
and general
secondary education, expanding
its accessibility,
and protecting the rights and
interests of children. Special
emphasis is placed on
the socialization of the younger generation.
In the current five
years, at least 15% of employees
of government agencies and
local governments
will be from among
the youth.
