The rules for staying in the border zone and strip have been simplified in Belarus

Certain provisions of the Law "On Amendments to Laws on State Fingerprint Registration" have entered into force in Belarus. The main innovation concerns the order of stay in the border zone and the border strip. Now you can use not only a passport to confirm your identity, but also a number of other documents, including a pension certificate, a disability certificate, a student ID card, and a student ID card. In addition, the list of cases when citizens and organizations need to obtain permits for economic and other activities in the border area has been reduced, and the procedure for approving individual works has been simplified. The changes are designed to make visiting border areas more convenient, while maintaining the necessary level of border security.
