The well-deserved awards were presented to the best young leaders of the Minsk Oblast. Thirteen names from various districts and 13 projects were awarded. These innovators represent a wide range of fields: from medicine and education to culture, construction, and housing and utilities. All the finalist projects are not abstract theories, but rather initiatives that are already working and producing results. An expert committee evaluated specific results. Among the best ideas were the introduction of interactive game mechanics into school education, as well as projects to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare in rural areas. Young leaders have been selected in the Minsk Oblast for over 10 years. Over its history, the project has become a powerful social platform, helping proactive individuals make a name for themselves throughout the country.
