The President sent greetings to participants of the meeting of the Council of Chairpersons of Supreme Courts of the CIS

Minsk hosted the event on 8 October. The President of Belarus sent a welcoming address to the participants. Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized that cooperation in the judicial sphere plays a vital role in protecting the rights of citizens and organizations within the Commonwealth member states. The President identified the harmonization of national legal systems, the exchange of professional expertise, and the adoption of best practices as key areas of this cooperation. In December 2024, Belarus assumed the chairmanship of the Council of Chairpersons of Supreme Courts of CIS member states.
