The orange danger
level has been declared by forecasters
in Belarus
due to snowfall and
strong winds. Frosts
will be added later. The snow
cover in some places exceeded
20 cm.
Public utilities are working around the clock to
clear roads.
Gomel Oblast will be one of
the first to take another
blow from the elements. It
