The preparations for spring field work are coming to end in Belarus

94% of agricultural machinery is ready for spring fieldwork in Belarus. Approximately 75.000 machines will be used in the sowing campaign. Some farms in Brest Oblast have already begun applying fertilizers. The country plans to increase the area under certain crops. Farmers are focusing on corn in particular. The target is to produce 1 million tonnes of potatoes.
