The list of administrative procedures has been expanded on the E-Pasluga portal

The list of administrative procedures of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Belarus has been expanded on the unified portal of electronic services "E-Pasluga". The procedures that are most in demand among the population have been expanded into electronic format. Among them are the provision of rental housing and a set of actions for citizens in need of better housing conditions: registration, queue issues, changing data on the composition of the family. Professional certification of industry specialists has also become available online. There are 7 administrative procedures available on the portal. This year 13 more will be added to the list. Redevelopment issues, part of payments for housing and communal services, and registration of companion animals will be transferred to electronic format. It will also be possible to formalize an agreement on recognition as a family member and the procedure for using the living space.
