Activists of the Iskra movement, the Belarusian Belaya Rus Party, and the All-Russian organization Young Guard of United Russia have joined forces at a local meat processing plant. The project involves 12 boys and girls between the ages of 18 and 30. Belarus and Russia are represented by 6 people each. This is the first time such a format of a real labor movement has been implemented. The participants are officially enrolled in the company's staff. Until 15 August, they will work as auxiliary workers in the workshops — packing, packing products and helping with loading. And after the shifts, the guys will have a busy programme: in the evenings, discussion platforms, quizzes and cultural events are organized for them. The main goal of this initiative is to unite the youth of the two countries through joint work and live communication. They plan to expand this experience in the future
