The Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences presented new publications

There are three publications about the Great Patriotic War at once, each unique in its own way. The books tell the stories of women who participated in the partisan movement, and their daily lives during those years. There are also memories of modern Belarusians about their ancestors, with new documents from home archives that have not yet been published anywhere. The memory of a heroic deed is a valuable contribution to patriotic education and the preservation of the historical truth about the Great Patriotic War. The books are a reminder of the courage of our people and the tragedy that the Belarusian people have experienced.
