The Head of State will be escorted by 9 motorcyclists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs special unit "Strela". According to the press secretary of the Head of State Natalya Eismont, new elements will be added to the ceremony. There will be a bright start in the Grand Ceremonial Hall. The main part will take place there. According to the Constitution, the President takes office after taking the Oath of Office. This is an oath on the Constitution. The Head of State will address the Belarusians. More than 1.100 guests are invited to the ceremony.
