The focus is on autumn. Minsk is actively preparing
for the cold weather. The city’s utility services are completing the
preparation of the housing stock for the autumn‑winter season. The housing and
utilities system has already received 58 readiness certificates. The work is
proceeding strictly according to schedule. By mid‑September, residential
buildings will be checked for the filling of heating systems. And all the final
touches — from repairing drainage systems to updating entrance areas — will
be completed by 1 October.
