The final practical exercises as part of the joint Belarusian‑Chinese tactical exercise "Swift Eagle 2026" have concluded in China after nearly two weeks of intensive training. During the manoeuvres, paratroopers from both countries honed their skills in airborne operations from helicopters, including parachute and non‑parachute methods, as well as assault operations using climbing equipment. The culmination of the exercises was the assault on an urban block, during which the military personnel successfully neutralized a simulated terrorist group. The Belarusian and Chinese military conduct exercises to practice joint operations to counter terrorist threats. The activities are aimed not only at increasing the combat readiness of the units but also at strengthening practical cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries.
