The Central Botanical Garden invites residents and guests of the capital to visit one of its most closed collection funds — the Palmarium. The exposition presents exotic flowers and rare succulents. Under the glass dome — almost 40 species of this tree — date, sugar, California palm. One can also see the Strelitzia nikolai and the African red tree. The collection also includes a giant date palm: its height is 25 metres and its age is about 80 years. Now palm trees are not only part of the interior. They are also actively used in medicine. As part of the live exposition, the visitors can learn interesting facts about the plants through interactive activities.
