On 3 July, 116 babies were born in Belarus. Among them were twins. In Minsk, 37 babies (19 boys, 18 girls) were born on Independence Day, making the capital the leader. The Ministry of Health noted that the highlight of the day was the birth of "royal twins" (a boy and a girl) at Minsk's No. 2 Maternity Hospital. As per tradition, mothers and newborn babies are being congratulated across the country these days as part of the "Belaya Rus – With Love for Children" campaign. Warm wishes and gifts are being extended from the Belaya Rus party activists and parliamentarians.
