The spring session opened in the Council of the Republic. In the near future senators will consider about 40 bills including amendments to the laws on culture, judicial system, employment, as well as the law "On the treatment of animals." By the way, the last document is submitted for public discussion. The proposals on the project can sent by anyone until April 20. On the first day of the session the senators approved a number of important bills. Thus, the Criminal Code now provides liability for extremism and incitement of social hatred.
